Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by RXT Global Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and RXT Global BPO & Marketing Inc., a registered Canadian corporation operating under the business name RXT Global Solutions.

2. Service Description

RXT Global Solutions provides business-to-business (B2B) support services including but not limited to:

• Appointment Booking Services
• Lead Generation Support
• Virtual Assistant Services
• Marketing & Outreach Support
• Business Operations Support

All services are provided on a B2B basis only and are not available to individual consumers.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate fully with our service teams
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees as agreed in writing

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, Moneris). The Company does not store or handle sensitive payment information directly.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

• Refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days of service delivery
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of services rendered
• Setup fees and non-recurring charges are typically non-refundable
• The Company reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis

6. Service Performance and Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, the Company does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client cooperation, and external circumstances, may affect service outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, financial information, and trade secrets.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by RXT Global Solutions remain the property of the Company. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business purposes only.

9. Service Delivery Structure

Important Notice: RXT Global Solutions operates as a billing and administrative division of RXT Global BPO & Marketing Inc. Services may be delivered through affiliated brands or service providers. The Company maintains responsibility for service quality and client coordination regardless of the specific service delivery entity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RXT Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. If necessary, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination provisions are outlined in individual service agreements. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these Terms or illegal activities.

13. Amendments

RXT Global Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
